Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advisory services in a TurboTax location in the United States. You will handle local client needs, collaborate with specialists, and grow the local TurboTax footprint while delivering end-to-end support.

You’ll build relationships, assist with complex scenarios, and participate in community outreach events, marketing, and ongoing training, all within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with tax software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms as required.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business needs.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory experts for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a seamless Intuit experience by aligning with team specialists and TurboTax tools.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and community engagement.
