Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for diverse client needs. You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide a seamless, end-to-end client experience.

You will build local demand, engage the community, and become the local face of TurboTax, leveraging marketing tools to grow your customer base while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attornery credentials preferred and strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience with the team.
