Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for personal and small business clients, while growing your local client base and coordinating with a broader team.

You’ll deliver seamless, end-to-end service, building lasting relationships through in-person and virtual support, and you’ll participate in community outreach supported by TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney preferred.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear uniforms and represent Intuit in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Drive local growth by building a new client base and partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists for holistic client needs (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver end-to-end service ensuring accurate, compliant tax outcomes.
• Engage in community events and marketing activities to grow the network.
