Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and advisory work at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions and help clients optimize their financial outcomes.

Role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, community outreach, and leveraging Intuit tools to grow a local client base while delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00.
• Complete all required training and development as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax customer base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
