Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the community to grow the local client base.

You will work onsite, collaborate with a network of specialists, and help clients navigate a full financial picture—from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios—within Intuit’s ecosystem and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists for comprehensive client outcomes.

Skills

Enrolled Agent (EA)

CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

Practicing attorney

PTIN active

3+ years tax returns (>=30 returns/yr)

Familiarity with Circular 230

onsite readiness
