Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and help grow the local client base through community outreach.

You will work with personal and business tax scenarios, using TurboTax software and marketing tools to build relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build long-term relationships and act as the local face of TurboTax in the community.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
