Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, advisory services, and seamless coordination with a team of specialists. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering a comprehensive, end-to-end Intuit experience.

As a trusted guide, you’ll grow your local practice, build relationships, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services while maintaining high professional standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 1040s (federal/state) using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
