Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will work closely with a broader team of tax professionals to understand each client’s full financial picture and deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You’ll grow the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnership-building, while offering access to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services when appropriate.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week; training may expand hours.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure end-to-end service delivery.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
