Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts nationwide to deliver comprehensive tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build trusted community relationships, and collaborate with a broader team to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, providing personalized tax planning and support while representing Intuit’s resources and values.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll/advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office with 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours, Mon–Fri; hours may scale during peak periods.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business; other requirements may apply.
• Must wear provided uniform and may be featured in marketing materials.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the local client base and in-market presence.
• Develop relationships with clients to expand cross-sell of bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and accurate tax solutions.
