Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services. You will work in a local TurboTax location with a team of financial professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll grow the local client base, provide personalized tax strategies, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering end-to-end solutions for year-round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete training and wear uniforms; able to use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Bridge client needs with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
