Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to offer on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios and linking them with Intuit's broader ecosystem.

You will grow your local practice, deliver a high-quality customer experience, and contribute to year-round support with training and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with extensive tax experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Develop long-term client relationships and trusted advisor status.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools and resources.
