You will be the connective tissue between clients and a broader team of specialists, helping with personal and business tax needs and driving local growth. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00–5:00, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; use name and photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, advisory teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Engage with clients in-person and via remote tools.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
