Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to guide clients through personal and business tax needs, offering ongoing support and deepening client relationships. You will act as a local ambassador, connecting customers to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering a high-quality, personalized experience at TurboTax

Qualifications

Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll or advisory services with training.
Onsite availability 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
Build relationships to convert one-time filings into long-term clients.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
