Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and to grow the local client base. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and build lasting client relationships in a community-focused role.

You will engage clients in person and virtually, delivering personalized tax planning and high-quality service, while leveraging Intuit resources for ongoing support and growth.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep exp.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, grow the client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
