Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance.

You will engage clients in-person and virtually, connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem to ensure a comprehensive financial picture. You will help grow the local client base, participate in community events, and collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
