Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support clients in-person and virtually as part of a collaborative team of financial professionals. Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory)
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable appearing in company advertising
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must reside within the United States
• Must obtain required state licenses/certifications/permits/bonds independently

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Deliver future tax planning advice using government resources and professional tools
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base
• Lead local events and networking efforts with marketing support
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support clients in person and via video tools
