Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while linking clients to a broader team for comprehensive financial services. You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
