Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, advice, and software support, while growing the local customer base and linking clients to Intuit's full ecosystem of services. You’ll collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver a seamless, year-round client experience, including in-person and virtual meetings, community outreach, and ongoing professional development in a

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with provided training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must complete training and development as directed; additional requirements may be added.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; strong client communication skills.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Develop local growth by outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax tools.
• Link clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Deliver end-to-end, personalized tax experiences in person and virtually.
