Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per tax season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with company training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; peak periods may vary.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms and advertising usage may be required.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; creating tax-related content per policy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador; drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
