Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) and strong tax preparation knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to in-house specialists for holistic tax solutions and year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience at TurboTax locations and via virtual channels.
