Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTIN and required tax licenses.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
