Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance to in-person and virtual clients, helping them navigate personal and business tax scenarios with accuracy and clear communication. You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building lasting client relationships and supporting local growth initiatives.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s (30+ returns) using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Engage as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience and use tools to maximize refunds and accuracy.
