Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site, full-service tax return preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will connect clients with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.

You will actively build the local client base, engage with the community, and use marketing tools to grow relationships while maintaining a high standard of service and client trust.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional experts for holistic financial advice.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
