Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while serving as a trusted advisor who connects clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class experience through in-person and virtual meetings, community outreach, and

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and remotely.
