Intuit is seeking dedicated year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on site at a TurboTax location across the United States, delivering expert tax service and community guidance.

You will prepare returns, advise on complex tax situations, connect clients with Intuit specialists, grow the local client base, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit in local events.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years handling 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm.
• Willing to participate in required training and wear uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
