Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide expert tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will also act as a local ambassador, growing the client base through outreach and events, while connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure year-round client engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
