Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform on-site full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and guide clients through complex scenarios with clear, everyday language.

You will grow the local client base, collaborate with a team of specialists, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or licensed attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Ability to advise on personal and business income, deductions, amendments and planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Actively grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services for year-round support.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust for multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with in-person and video interactions.
