Job summary

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with software guidance while coordinately delivering end-to-end Intuit solutions. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class, personalised customer experience both on-site and virtually.
