Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite at designated TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll act as a trusted guide to clients, expanding TurboTax’s local footprint, building long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty

Qualifications

• Must have tax preparation experience with EA/CPA/Attorney background preferred.
• Must hold an active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.
• Onsite availability Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 for at least 20 hours/week.
• Training/compliance and up-skilling will be provided as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and convert prospects into loyal customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-person and video interactions.
