Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert advice, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will help grow the local client base, develop lasting relationships, and drive community engagement while using TurboTax tools to support customers

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation (federal/state 1040s) per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build Relationships - develop trust to turn one-time clients into multi-year customers.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional service and client satisfaction.
