Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and guide clients through complex scenarios while collaborating with a broad team of specialists.

You will actively grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and support the full Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney credential with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Willing to upskill into extra service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience onsite and virtually.
