Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice while coordinating with a team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through on-site meetings and virtual support, using Intuit tools and community outreach to drive prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to up-skill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week; training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business income, deductions, amendments).
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships with clients.
