Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

The role emphasizes local market growth, building client relationships, and cross‑selling Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, with a strong focus on community engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local growth through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
