Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance across local communities. You will work with a team of financial professionals, handling personal and business tax scenarios while building lasting client relationships.

Role emphasizes hands-on tax advisory, community outreach, and cross-functional collaboration with Intuit specialists to provide end-to-end client solutions and a superior customer experience.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Complete required training and development as directed by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms; use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local outreach to grow the customer base and participate in community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit resources like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into ongoing client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and targeted inquiries.
