Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role involves providing expert tax preparation and actionable tax guidance, while building local client relationships and driving growth in the community.

You will collaborate with specialists across Intuit's ecosystem to deliver end-to-end tax and advisory services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and continued client engagement in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials required or preferred and strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN registration as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, both in person and via video tools, guiding clients toward optimal tax outcomes.
