Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Tax Experts, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice. You will work closely with a broader team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, building strong relationships and a local client base.

You will empower customers through tax education, personalized guidance, and access to Intuit resources, while supporting market growth and brand presence in the community.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience handling 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base via community outreach and marketing support.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Engage clients in-person and virtually, building long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and financial guidance.
