Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full‑service tax preparation and expert guidance at on-site locations across the U.S. You’ll work closely with a team of specialists to provide end‑to‑end solutions and personalized advice for individuals and small businesses.

Role emphasizes community engagement, local client growth, and seamless service using state‑of‑the‑art Intuit tools. Requires on-site presence, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• On-site work at a TurboTax location, 20 hrs/week min.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparations.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory specialists.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
• Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.
