Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work onsite with a team of tax professionals, helping clients navigate personal and business tax needs while growing the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources for end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns using professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm local time.
• Willing to complete required training and professional development.
• Willing to wear company uniforms.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local growth driver, identifying prospects and building a client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping/payroll/financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn transactions into long-term client engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via in-person and video tools.
