The role emphasizes client-centered service, complex tax scenarios, and collaboration across Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, and Financial Planning teams within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA) preferred with strong tax knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes as per law.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear provided uniforms and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client return prep.
• Help grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and educate clients.
