Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with the local community.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience, grow the local client base, and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with name.
• Interest in building local/community presence and content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with in-person and video support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end service.
