Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve customers in their community, delivering full‑service tax preparation and expert guidance while coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

You will build lasting client relationships, drive local growth, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience with in-person and virtual support, using TurboTax tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to complete required training and compliance.
• Uniforms provided.
• Willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base and be a community ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
