Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end tax solutions for individuals and small businesses, leveraging Intuit tools to expand client relationships in the community. The role emphasizes on-site client meetings, live collaboration with specialists, and a proactive approach to growing the local client

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan for taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll and planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
