Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience filing 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Engage in local community growth and client outreach to build a local base.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver excellent customer experience both in-person and virtually.
