Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation, guidance, and software support at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate complex financial situations. You will work onsite in a local TurboTax office, build relationships, and collaborate with a cross‑functional team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns season using professional software.
• Will to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory areas with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office in the U.S., 20+ hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
