Intuit Careers is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of tax and business specialists to deliver end-to-end services, building local client relationships and contributing to community growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax expertise, client-focused service, and collaboration with marketing and product teams to expand local reach.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service.
