Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at an onsite TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with clients through personal meetings, addressing individual and business tax needs and expanding the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, collaboration with specialists, and delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite and see clients 20 hours per week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri).
• Willingness to grow into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop and grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a best-in-class client experience.
