You will work closely with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end client service and build a strong local client base while promoting Intuit solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, community engagement, and ongoing training, with the goal of driving customer prosperity and loyalty within the local

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; become the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
