You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, from discovery to action, in a friendly, client-focused manner. You will grow a local client base through community outreach, maintain professional standards, and leverage Intuit resources to create lasting

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory with training.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Monday–Friday.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
