Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform onsite tax preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will handle personal and business tax needs, expand the local client base, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem to support year‑round financial goals. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end service, provide education on tax planning, and represent Intuit in the community, aligning with our mission to

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• onsite presence 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
