Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver exceptional service while using TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+ per season) with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, including tax tips content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liability, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
